We hold all medals in stock and dispatch within one day of you marking your challenge as complete and entering your delivery details.
We rely on national and global logistics companies to deliver medals to customers. As we all know, these systems are suffering huge disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The delays are generally due to:
1. The huge increase in people shopping online.
2. Lockdown impacting global and local processing hubs.
3. Severe disruption to regular supply lines due to carriers no longer flying to some locations.
General information delivery (both outside and within the US)
Is there tracking available for my medal?
Yes. Once your medal has been dispatched, we'll email you your tracking information. Please search your inbox and your bulk/spam folder for this email.
My tracking hasn't updated lately.
Often we see tracking that appears 'stuck'. We've identified the item is still going through the system ... but a scan to indicate it's arrived at the next location has been missed due to carrier error. This doesn't actually cause a delay, it's just the tracking is not being updated as expected.
What should I do if my medal doesn't arrive?
It's very unusual for a medal to never arrive. If the address is correct, it's highly likely it will arrive once the congestion clears.
I haven't received an email with the tracking number. Has my medal been sent?
Please check your email including your bulk/spam. It could be due to an issue with the address. Either us or our fulfilment partner, PrepKanga, will have emailed you requesting further information about your address. Please check for this email by searching your inbox for The Conqueror.

We send by USPS.
What are the delivery timeframe expectations?
During this time it is very difficult to predict delivery timeframes.
We are generally seeing medals take one to two weeks to arrive (90% arrive in one week).
Steps
One day - one week after dispatch:
Track the item using the tracking link we sent you.
One to two weeks after dispatch:
Continue tracking but you can call USPS on (800) 238-3150 to locate your package.
Longer than two weeks after dispatch
Contact us by email WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS and we will investigate and dispatch a replacement if necessary.
Delivery within Great Britain

We send by Royal Mail.
What are the delivery timeframe expectations?
We are generally seeing medals take three to six days to arrive.
Steps
One to two days after dispatch:
Track the item using the tracking link we sent you.
Longer than one week after dispatch:
Contact us by email WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS and we will investigate and dispatch a replacement if necessary.
Delivery to Canada

We send from the US with Asendia.

We are generally seeing medals take one to two weeks to arrive.

Three to four days after dispatch:

Longer than two weeks after tracking has begun:
Contact us by email WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS and we will investigate and dispatch a replacement if necessary.

We send by either:
FedEx International Mail Services (This is different to regular FedEx courier and your tracking number wont work on the regular FedEx website).
DHL Global Mail

We are seeing some medals take up to four weeks to arrive.

Up to three weeks after dispatch:

Continue tracking but you can call FedEx international Mail Services on 001 888 339 6245 (from outside of US) to to locate your package.
Longer than four weeks after dispatch:
Contact us by email WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS and we will investigate and dispatch a replacement if necessary.

We genuinely want to help you. We 100% guarantee you will get your medal or we will replace or refund your order, so please don't panic if it appears delayed or lost.
