Dual Distance Challenge / Swap Route

Change the distance on my challenge

Written by Virginia

Dual distance challenges are those where we have 1 medal that covers 2 different challenges. For example, Grand Canyon Long and Grand Canyon Short. The medal that we send out for these dual distance challenges will feature a removeable part that can be rotated and reinserted to show the one of the 2 distances. So when you receive your medal, you if the distance is wrong , simply slide off the distance and flip it around and put it back in.

If you have selected a challenge with dual distance, please follow these steps to swap your distance goal to the Short or Long version:

1. On your challenge's page, slide up your challenge drawer to see all the options.

2. Scroll down to your "Challenge Distance" settings.

3. Tap the route length you prefer (Short or Long version) and tap on the "Swap Route" button.

4. Once you have confirmed your preferred route, you will receive the following message, "updated successfully".

Conqueror Virtual Races

The Conqueror has also released some virtual races, these differ from virtual challenges in that you must complete the race within a short race window.

These race events will also have the option to choose your distance, however the medal that you will receive for a virtual race won't specify the distance that you chose and will have no changeable distance part.
