What's a join code?

Join codes are what you use to join one of our virtual challenges or virtual races.

So when you purchase a challenge or race what you'll actually receive is a join code to redeem in the app.

A join code will be a string of letters and numbers, around 9 -12 characters long.

If you have purchased a join code through our limited time offers (available after your first purchase and after you enter your delivery address in the app) or if you purchase a 5, 10 or 15 pack bundles, the join codes you will receive are valid for standard original challenges only. This means that you won't be able to join a licensed collab challenge, and you won't be able to join some of the limited time challenges or races.

Join codes are not coupons. This is often confusing for new customers, if you are offered a coupon, which will often be in a promotional email, or a friends referral code, this will not work as a join code.

Coupons can be entered into the checkout page on our website underneath the order summary, and this will give you a discount off your purchase.

If you purchase a challenge with apparel included. You will receive an email with an apparel code. This apparel code acts as a coupon when you have selected the style, size and color of apparel you would like, the apparel code will give you 100% of the shirt price and free shipping. You'll have to pay the difference is you choose a more expensive item.
