When will I receive my Conqueror medal?

Medals for The Conqueror challenges are sent once you've confirmed your address.

***The international carriers we use for our medals and merchandise are currently not delivering to Ukraine or Russia. You can still participate in a virtual challenge, but until this postal service is resumed, we can't deliver medals or merchandise. Please contact customer support if you would like to discuss your options further.***

Marking a challenge as complete:

  • When your distance is equal to the total distance of the challenge, you will be prompted to mark the challenge as complete. 

  • You will be asked to enter your delivery address.


Medal delivery:

Medals are sent from either the Netherlands, the UK or China.

For GB destinations, they are sent from GB via Royal Mail for the majority of medals, for a few medals we dispatch from China

For EU destinations, they are sent from the Netherlands via DHL for the majority of medals, for a few medals we dispatch from China

For US & Canadian destinations, they are sent from China.

For Asia/Pacific destinations they are sent from China
For other international destinations, they are sent by FedEx FIMS, Asendia or DHL Global Mail.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your medal has been dispatched.

Usually, medals ship the same day or the next day M-F (EST GMT - 5). Asendia can be three to four days before tracking updates.

Note that when using FedEx FIMS and DHL Global Mail, the tracking number will most often also work within your local postal service tracking once it has cleared customs in your country.

Delivery time estimates:

United States

  • USA Warehouse: 1–2 weeks

  • China Warehouse: 2–3 weeks

United Kingdom

  • UK Warehouse: 1 week

  • China Warehouse: 1–2 weeks

European Union

  • Netherlands Warehouse: 2 weeks

  • China Warehouse: 1–2 weeks

Asia Pacific

  • USA Warehouse: 3 weeks

  • China Warehouse: 1–2 weeks

Rest of World

  • USA Warehouse: 4 weeks

  • China Warehouse: 4 weeks
