The Conqueror medal shipment and things you need to do

Medals for The Conqueror challenges are sent once you've confirmed your address.

Post COVID-19, supply chains are still under higher stress, therefore medal delivery times can vary from location to location. We appreciate your patience while we do everything we can to get your medal to you.

***The international carriers we use for our medals and merchandise are currently not delivering to Ukraine or Russia. You can still participate in a virtual challenge, but until this postal service is resumed, we can't deliver medals or merchandise. Please contact customer support if you would like to discuss your options further.***

Marking a challenge as complete:

  • When your distance is equal to the total distance of the challenge, you will be prompted to mark the challenge as complete. 

  • You will be asked to enter your delivery address.

Medal delivery:

Medals are sent from either the USA, the Netherlands or the UK.

For US destinations, they are sent via USPS.

For GB destinations, they are sent via Royal Mail.

For EU destinations, they are sent via DHL.

For Canadian destinations, they are sent via Asendia.
For other international destinations, they are sent by FedEx FIMS, Asendia or DHL Global Mail.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your medal has been dispatched.

Usually, medals ship the same day or the next day M-F (EST GMT - 5). Asendia can be three to four days before tracking updates.

Note that when using FedEx FIMS and DHL Global Mail, the tracking number will most often also work within your local postal service tracking once it has cleared customs in your country.

Delivery time estimates:

USA: 1 to 3 weeks

Great Britain: 3 to 4 days, and up to 2 weeks

Canada: Up to 3 weeks
EU Countries: 1 to 3 weeks
Rest of World: 4-6 weeks (sometimes longer during busy seasons or when delivering to remote locations).
