In the posting preferences section on The Conqueror Challenges App, you can choose:
Which source (device or app) you want to use to track the activity for that challenge.
The activity types you want to track for that challenge.
You could choose to post specific types of activity to a specific challenge. E.g. Post running and walking distances to the Mount Everest challenge, and post swimming distances to the English Channel challenge;
Post Fitbit distances to the Angkor Wat challenge and Strava distances to the North Coast 500 challenge.
This feature is only available through The Conqueror Challenges App on Android and iPhone. It isn't available on our website.
You can only modify posting preferences when you have more than one active connection.
How to set your posting preferences:
Open The Conqueror Challenges App.
In the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the menu icon on the right.
Tap settings, then tap posting preferences.
Tap the challenge you'd like to modify posting preferences for.
Use the tick boxes to select/unselect sources (devices or apps) and activities for each of your challenges.
If you want to send data from one source to a specific challenge, select that source.
If you want to send data from one type of activity to a specific challenge, select that activity type.
Step by Step guide:
A note on posting preferences
If you use two sources to post a distance/activity (e.g. Apple Health and Fitbit), that distance/activity may be recorded twice in The Conqueror App.
The Conqueror App uses the same major activity types that are available on most devices. If an activity type is not available, the distances will come through under other.
If you are only using the manual entry option, you will not able to change the posting preferences, as it won't be needed, you can choose the exercise type you want.
