Managing your posting preferences for your challenge(s) allows you to have specific types of exercise post only to the missions you want it posted to.

e.g. Post my running and walking distances to Mount Everest and post my swimming distances to English Channel.


Post my Fitbit distances to Angkor Wat and my Strava distances to North Coast 500.

This feature is only available through our mobile apps on Android and iPhone and not via our website.

Before you start:

  • You can only modify posting preferences when you have at least 1 active connection.

Here's how to set it up:

  1. Tap on the Menu

  2. Tap on settings and expand the Posting Preferences

  3. Select the challenge you wish to modify

  4. Use the tick boxes to select sources and activities for each challenge you are on.

  5. Select the connection source that you wish to send data to the selected challenge.

  6. Select the activity type that you wish to send data to the selected challenge.

Things to note:

  • If you connect and post with 2 connections (for example, Apple Health and Fitbit) you potentially will receive the distances you travel in duplicate if you have both connections sending to the same challenge.

  • We match the major activity types available on most devices, and if we don't have a match the distances will come through under the heading other.
