Our virtual postcards are a feature our users love. The postcards arrive in your email inbox when you hit certain distances on a challenge to acknowledge how far you've come - and to encourage you to keep going!
How to view postcards for your challenge:
Open The Conqueror Challenges App.
In the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the my profile icon.
Find the challenge you want to view your postcards for.
Tap view challenge.
On the challenge page, tap the rocket icon in the top right of the map.
From the drop-down menu, tap my journey.
Tap view your journey.
In the your journey section, you can swipe left or right to see your postcards. Look for the mailboxes and envelopes while scrolling.

Why aren't I receiving my postcards?:
Postcards are not available for some virtual challenges. This can be seen on their previews on our all challenges page here.
Make sure you've added a distance to your challenge. For most challenges, you need to reach a certain distance to get your first postcard. The distance may vary.
Check if the email linked to your account is correct, here is how.
Check the spam folder of your email to ensure our emails aren't marked as spam.
If you deleted distances from your challenge, the postcards will not be resent.
