We'll ask you for your address to send you a medal. You'll need to give us your address every time you complete a Conqueror challenge.
Please note that challenges have a 24-month expiration period from the date the join code is redeemed; medals can only be redeemed for challenges that are active and completed within this timeframe.
When your final distance pushes you across the finish line, a pop-up will appear on your challenge page.
How to redeem a medal:
Open The Conqueror Challenges App.
Tap my profile icon in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Locate the challenge you completed.
Under the challenge's banner, tap Get your medal.
Confirm your delivery address (please use the autocomplete if possible).

Important: We highly recommend verifying your delivery address before clicking the option "CONFIRM AND CLAIM", since once your Medal receives a shipment number, we cannot modify the delivery address provided.
How to confirm the address for Licensed Challenges (Eg. Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Tomb Raider, and Harry Potter):
Tap my profile icon in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Locate the hub of the Licensed Challenges you've completed.
Tap the VIEW ALL CHALLENGES button on its banner.
Locate the challenge you completed.
Under the challenge's banner, tap Get your medal.
Confirm your delivery address (please use the autocomplete if possible).
Policies on Deadlines and Extensions
Medals Post-Extension: If an extension is granted, you may still claim your medal by completing distances during the extended timeframe.
Annual and Limited Time challenges: Annual challenges must be completed within the specific year. Limited time challenges will be clearly advertised and will only allow medal redemption within the specified time period.
