This information helps us provide age-appropriate and safer experiences for the younger members of our Conqueror community.
A few notes:
If you are under 16 years old, the following changes apply to your account/usage:
Your profile and activity will remain private, and cannot be viewed by members outside your personal teams and/or groups (Formerly Known as Communities).
You can only join or create password-protected communities.
You can only see the activity of people in your teams and/or groups.
Once your date of birth has been set within the app, it can not be updated*.
Your birthday will not be visible to other users, even if your privacy is set to public.
We do not allow users to change their date of birth, as it would allow you to get around age-appropriate content restriction and safety measures.
*If you notice a one-day difference in the date, please don’t worry — it’s just a minor visual glitch. We’ve already reported this to our IT department, and they are currently working on a fix.*
The important thing is that this glitch does not affect your challenge progress, your distances, your tracking apps, or any other functionality within the Conqueror app. Everything on your account is working normally in the background, and you can continue using the app without any concerns. Our team is working to include a fix in one of the upcoming app updates.
