To participate in a Conqueror Virtual Challenge you need to have a join code.

These join codes can be purchased through our website. (The terminology you will see on our website is "Join Challenge" and "Sign Up Now")

There are 3 types of join codes:

  1. Original Challenge Specific Codes - for example, a code that only works for entering Yosemite Virtual Challenge.

  2. Original Challenge Universal Codes - These can be used for any original challenge that you have not already joined, you can purchase these codes through bundles.

  3. Licensed Challenge Codes - These are specific to the series of challenges that you are purchasing, for example, Return of the King series.

These challenges vary in price depending on the length of the challenge and if it is a licensed challenge or not.

When you reach the checkout page you will be able to modify the quantity of Challenges (join codes) purchased, and you will be able to make payment in 3 ways:

  1. Credit Card Payment

  2. PayPal

  3. Google Pay / Apple Pay (if using a device that has this set up)

Once you have completed your initial payment, you will be given the option to purchase more challenges at a discounted price.

Please note that your join codes will only generate once this screen has either been accepted / declined / timed out.

Once the join codes have been generated, they will be emailed to the email address that you provided at check out. The email's subject should read "Important Registration Information"

From time to time people will make mistakes in their email, or have tight spam filters, so if the email does not arrive after 15 min please contact our customer service team as they have access to find your join codes.
