Our Refunds and Returns policy has undergone changes as of October 10th, 2023. For a comprehensive understanding of the updated policy, please click here.

When you purchase a Conqueror Challenge, you will receive a join code.

For Original Challenges, the join code expires after 36 months after purchase (if purchased after October 10th, 2023. If you purchased before this date, they will not expire).

For Licensed Challenges, the join codes will expire 2 years after they were purchased.

However, once you have redeemed your join code and joined the challenge, there is a 24-month window that you have to complete your challenge. After this point, it will expire, and you will not be able to post distances to that challenge or redeem your medal, but all of your distances and challenge data will remain on your account. We will not be able to extend this deadline.

The exception to this is the yearly challenges, for example, Conquer 2024. These will only be available until early in the following year. If you do not complete these challenges within this time frame, you will not be able to extend.
