When you purchase a challenge, you will receive a join code. If you purchase a bundle of challenges, you will receive multiple join codes. These will be emailed to the email address provided at check out, but are able to be gifted and redeemed by any user.
Information about join codes:
Join codes can be stored for later use, but they do have an expiry date.
Original challenge join codes have an expiry date 3 years after the purchase (This only applies to challenges purchased after Oct 10th 2023). Once the join code is redeemed, you have 24 months to complete the challenge. Unfortunately, if this period has elapsed, we are unable to extend the challenge duration.
This expiration date relates to when you can redeem the join code. Once you have redeemed the join code, you will have a further 2 years to complete the challenge before it expires.
Licensed Join codes expire earlier of 2 years from purchase OR contractual end date of license.
Licensed challenges purchased before the 10th October will have an expiry date added of the current contractual end date of license.
In addition to join code:
All apparel vouchers created after Oct 10th 2023 will have a 12 months expiration date from the date of creation.
All referral vouchers created after Oct 10th 2023 will have a 12 months expiration date from the date of creation.
